Trenching was in progress for water line installation. Pool and spa gunite was shot. Roof deck railings were installed. All three wood-burning fireplaces were installed.

Custom millwork at this Park Avenue apartment includes a built-in bed platform with storage below, aluminum surrounds, and automatic closet rod lighting.
The aluminum clad entry door separates the apartment and its minimalist design from the world outside, creating a sleek modern enclave perched high in this understated 1940s Park Avenue co-op building.
