Photos from a recent site visit to this new Modern Modular project in East Hampton, slated for completion Summer 2023. Cedar siding was being installed. Trenching was in progress for water line installation. Pool and spa gunite was shot. Roof deck railings were installed. All three wood-burning fireplaces were installed.

Amagansett, NY – Construction progress from our MODERN MODULAR Whalers Residence, a 2,245 SF prefab home consisting of 7 modules and a site-built garage. We look forward to seeing the pool, decks, and siding installed in upcoming site visits.

Amagansett, NY – Photographs from the set for the RES4 MODERN MODULAR Whalers Residence. Starting in the morning, seven modules were lifted by a crane and set on the concrete foundation by mid-afternoon. See the previous post for drone video of the day.
