The Lido Beach House, located in Lido Beach, NY, is nearing completion. The 2,600 sf Modern Modular house is a full time residence located a short walk from the beach. The house has 4 distinct decks, including a roof deck with views up and down the Long Island shore. The heat is on just in time for winter - interior and exterior work are progressing quickly. HIGH PEAK MEADOW HOUSE UPDATE

The High Peak Meadow House, located on the Catskill Mountains in Maplecrest, NY is nearing completion. The 2,900 sf Modern Modular house sits atop a 2,000 sf insulated concrete form (ICF) finished basement. It utilizes several environmentally conscious energy systems and materials and is to be RES4's first house seeking the National Association of Home Builder's Green Home Building gold certification.
