The Catskills Enchanted Cottage, located in Marbletown, NY, is a super efficient 2,000 sf weekend retreat consisting of 2 modular boxes on a prefabricated Superior Wall foundation. The exterior cladding is corrugated Cortens steel with a 2×8 cedar board rain screen.

PECONIC BAY HOUSE | CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

The Peconic Bay House was set January 15th. Facade, desk and system work is well underway on site. The compact house features a 10,500 kwh/yr solar panel array as well as a geothermal heating and cooling system. Located in the Hamptons on the south shore of the Great Peconic Bay the 2,000 sf configuration is a compact 2 bar stack and saddlebag. Completion is anticipated for late spring.
