North Beach, MD construction is complete on the (6) prefab modules! They made the 260 mile trek to Nroth Beach, MD this week and will be craned on to the foundation early next week. Crane and set photographs to follow!

NORTH FORK BAY HOUSE – MODULE SET
LAUREL, NY - The two modules of this modern house were built in a factory in Pennsylvania, then trucked to the site on the south shore of the North Fork on Great Peconic Bay, and set by crane atop an exposed steel frame. Construction updates to follow

BRONX BOX | SET
The Bronx Box was set February 2nd. With neighbors watching from porches, the two box 1,816 sf house was set into the narrow site. RES4′s first modular house in New York City is expected to be complete by late spring.
