SHARON RESIDENCE - MODULE SET

Sharon, CT – Photographs from the set for the Sharon Residence.  Starting in the morning, four modules were lifted by a crane and set on the insulated concrete form foundation before the evening. An early afternoon rain didn’t slow the progress down!

WEST STOCKBRIDGE RESIDENCE – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

West Stockbridge, MA – Drone video from a recent visit to RES4’s prefab project in Massachusetts. Nearing completion, the West Stockbridge Residence is a 2,825 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. During the site visit, RES4 met with the clients, contractor, and the landscape design team to initiate final grading and select vegetation for the planter beds.

LIDO BEACH HOUSE II - MODULE SET

Lido Beach, NY – Time lapse from the set for the Lido Beach House ll.  Over two days, four modules were lifted by a crane and set on the ground level concrete storage volumes.

West Stockbridge, Ma – Photographs from the on-site developments for the West Stockbridge Residence. All factory produced modules are set over the foundations, and connected throughout. Site built components are being framed in preparation for the installation of interior and exterior finishes.

Amagansett, NY - Take a look at some construction photos of our prefab home in Amagansett, New York.

Enclosed deck space - A stained cedar wall separates a partially enclosed deck space from an exterior stair leading to the roof space.

Exterior Bench - Ipe bench and risers align with the cedar edge and sliding glass doors beyond.

Detached Garage - Steel framing and exterior sheathing has been completed.

Roof Deck - Ipe decking and bocce court installation are in construction.
