MILLBROOK RESIDENCE – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
“Punxsutawney Phil was pulled from his burrow in Gobbler's Knob Sunday morning and did not see see his shadow, which, according to legend, means an early spring and warmer temperatures are coming.” — The Weather Channel
Early spring means we are that much closer to being able to start planting, and finish the landscaping. Hardscape was installed late last year as winter set in, and we’ve been eagerly awaiting spring to see the vegetation get planted.

SHARON RESIDENCE - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Sharon, CT – Construction is moving along at the Sharon Residence. A 1,892 SF pre-fab home consisting of 4 modules. The deck framing is complete and the carport slab has been poured. Next up is decking, carport framing, cement board siding, and interior bamboo flooring. Exciting to the see the progress!

Sharon, CT – Photographs from the set for the Sharon Residence. Starting in the morning, four modules were lifted by a crane and set on the insulated concrete form foundation before the evening. An early afternoon rain didn’t slow the progress down!

MILLBROOK RESIDENCE – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Dutchess County, NY – Stucco and wood siding are nearly complete on the main house exterior. Black aluminum panels will be going up next, along with wood decks. Prefinished 10-inch wide-plank engineered wood flooring is being installed throughout the interior. Kitchen & bathroom stone flooring, countertops, and stone wall cladding are also underway. Hot rolled black steel cladding accentuates special walls throughout the interior spaces. Pool House finishes are getting started, and we’ll be shooting the vanishing edge pool shotcrete soon! Check back with us over the next month or so for more construction updates as we head towards project completion.
