The High Peak Meadow House, located on the Catskill Mountains in Maplecrest, NY was set on Tuesday, July 1st. The house is to be completed by early fall of this year. Stay tuned for updates.
MONTAUK BEACH HOUSE
The Montauk Beach House, located in East Hampton, NY, is a steel framed private residence looking out at the Atlantic Ocean featuring floor to ceiling glass, deck access from every bedroom and a fireplace & hot tub located on the roof. This house also takes advantage of solar and geothermal energy sources.
CATSKILLS ENCHANTED COTTAGE
The Catskills Enchanted Cottage, located in Marbletown, NY, is a super efficient 2,000 sf weekend retreat consisting of 2 modular boxes on a prefabricated Superior Wall foundation. The exterior cladding is corrugated Cortens steel with a 2×8 cedar board rain screen.
CATSKILLS SUBURBAN
The Catskills SUBurban is schedule to start factory production in the coming months. This compact 2,008 sf 3-Bedroom home will incorporate an array of PV roof panels. The Catskills SUBurban is a further development of the suburban typology and was featured recently in the NY Post.
RES4 SETS 1ST LEED CERTIFIED HOUSE
The House on Sunset Ridge was set March 11th. The house on Sunset Ridge is RES4's first house seeking LEED certification. Check out the more information section of the project to see it and it's environmentally conscious features.
BRONX BOX | SET
The Bronx Box was set February 2nd. With neighbors watching from porches, the two box 1,816 sf house was set into the narrow site. RES4′s first modular house in New York City is expected to be complete by late spring.
PECONIC BAY HOUSE | CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The Peconic Bay House was set January 15th. Facade, desk and system work is well underway on site. The compact house features a 10,500 kwh/yr solar panel array as well as a geothermal heating and cooling system. Located in the Hamptons on the south shore of the Great Peconic Bay the 2,000 sf configuration is a compact 2 bar stack and saddlebag. Completion is anticipated for late spring.

BRONX BOX | PROJECT UPDATE
The Bronx Box is currently online at the factory in Pennsylvania. This 1,816 sf house will be RES4's first modular house in New York City. The house is expected to be set around the second week of November. Stay tuned for updates.
SILVERLAKE TWINS | PROJECT UPDATE
The Silverlake Twins located in Los Angeles, CA, is a modification of the stacked bar typology in order to accommodate the steep slope of the site. The 2,374 sf panelized prefab ‘twin’ homes are situated on the top of a hill, taking advantage of the Los Angeles view in the distance.
