Photographs from our visit to Signature Building Systems PA for the RES4 MODERN MODULAR Whalers Residence. The modules moved through the factory’s production line in a few weeks, and then will sit at the end of the line for roughly another 6 weeks as cabinets and finishes are installed.

Sharon, CT – Construction is finishing up at the Sharon Residence. A 1,892 SF pre-fab home consisting of 4 modules. The exterior of the house is clad in fibre-cement panels with clear cedar infill. The interior has dark bamboo flooring and custom maple cabinetry. It is exciting to the see the project nearing completion!

Early spring means we are that much closer to being able to start planting, and finish the landscaping. Hardscape was installed late last year as winter set in, and we’ve been eagerly awaiting spring to see the vegetation get planted.
