  Suburban  - This three-bedroom, two-bath starter home was developed from the Two-Story Bar. A panelized saddlebag accommodates entry, vertical circulation, and built-in cabinets, while defining a parking zone with a trellis and garden storage.
  Summer Retreat  - This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home was developed from the Three-Bar Bridge with Sleeping Porch. It features an arrival court with a private terrace and pool, and a screened porch that connects the wing to the main space.
  Dwell Home  - This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home is a modified Two-Bar-Bridge sited on a sloping lot. A butterfly roof module provides additional ceiling height with clerestory windows, collects rainwater, and is pitched for solar panels.
